Andrew Booth, Senior Partner

Andy has over 20 years experience in the insurance and financial services industries.

He opened the Welsh headquarters of Corporate Planning Group with Jack Price before establishing Castle Court together.

As well as managing his own client bank Andy leads the operational side of the business.

Andy was educated at Swansea and Cambridge Universities, playing in the 1989 and 1990 Varsity Match at Twickenham. He was a professional rugby player with Cardiff and Swansea and represented Wales at all levels including Wales at the 1991 World Cup. He also had the honour of playing for Crawshays, Scottish Co-optimists and The Barbarians on many occasions.

Andy is an Ambassador for local charity Velindre Cancer Centre who is Castle Court’s charity of choice.

Jack Price, Senior Partner

Jack C Price is business owner and Co-Founding Partner at Castle Court Wealth Management LLP, a Senior Partner Practice of St. James' Place Wealth Management.

He has enjoyed a successful career with 20 years’ experience working in global investment, corporate advisory and high net worth individual planning. Castle Court Wealth Management LLP were invited to join the St. James's Place Partnership in 2012.

Jack enjoys engaging with a varied group of clients. He offers bespoke wealth management advice and support to a select number of likeminded private individuals and corporate clients helping them to attain their financial planning goals to build value and long-term security.

As a Private Client advisory, Jack focuses primarily on the SME/Business owner market and high net worth individuals, including professionals, sports/media and entertainment. In addition, he offers specialist advice in Personal Injury proceeds and managing clients through divorce settlements.

For a niche client base of the SME sector, Jack consults on the many aspects of gaining and extracting value from the business and securing wealth, mentoring a number of owner managed company clients and providing expert advice to those undertaking or contemplating a full or partial disposal of their business.

As a business owner, Jack shares and appreciates the challenges of running a driven operation. Understanding the clients end goal and route to security, is the under pin of his planning proposition.

Exit strategies may include the referral to a service that is separate and distinct to those offered by St. James's Place.

Simon Griffiths, Wealth Manager

Simon is a (non practicing) chartered accountant and financial planner with over 10 years of experience in the Taxation and financial services sector.

Simon believes the key to Wealth Management is taking the time to understand what makes clients tick, helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations while keeping a structured plan guiding them along the way with his support.

His experience has cultivated a detailed knowledge of tax efficient solutions, enabling him to structure his own clients’ wealth in an intuitive way, so they are able to realise the financial security they desire.

Aside from finance, Simon has an active lifestyle and has a keen interest for most sports, particularly squash, rugby, skiing and more recently cross-fit competitions.
